We help you find the right accommodation for your stay.

You can arrange your accommodation independently or you can request the accommodation reservation service at the School’s secretariat. You can choose from different options according to your needs.

Studio apartment in a residence

Type of accommodation:

Inside the Residence you can enjoy the accommodation in a mini apartment, with private bathroom and kitchen. The price includes all expenses related to household consumption (with the exception of the phone), linen change and room cleaning. All apartments have air conditioning, wi-fi connection, telephone, TV and all appliances for cooking. It is 15 minutes away, with the subway, from our school.

Prices: € 350/week; € 1150/month

Homestay B&B

Room in a shared apartment

The rooms are just a few minutes by metro from the school. You can book a single or double room with bathroom and kitchen.

Hotel

ELLCI is partnered with a hotel 60 meters from the school. Prices depend on the required period and type of room. Ask a request and we will send you a quote.

Regulations and useful information

  • The school operates only as an intermediary with the owner of the accommodation.
  • The school will charge an administrative fee of Euro 50 for the search and booking of the accommodation. This sum will be added to the price of the same and will not be refunded in case of renunciation or variation.
  • Payment of the accommodation booked by the school must be made by the day of arrival.
  • If the student decides to change accommodation, he must notify the owner at least 4 weeks in advance that they will still have to be paid.
  • Any damage to the accommodation must be paid directly to the owner.
  • In the accommodation booked by the school, students will have to maintain a behavior that does not disturb the neighbors and any roommates.
  • The reservation of the accommodation is strictly personal and the presence of any guests must be treated directly with the owner.
